Which
cities do you ship to?
We
ship to all destinations. In case you find your city does not appear in the
list when entering your Shipping Address, just choose ‘Other’ from the
list and enter your City name in the ‘Other City’ box. We will ship it.
How
long do you take to deliver an order?
All
orders are shipped within a maximum of three business days. Our aim is to
process all orders received before 6:00 p.m. IST on the same day. Orders
received after that will be processed the next day.
The
delivery time will depend on the shipping destination. Standard Delivery
time from Bangalore to the Shipping Destination will apply. Delivery
to Metros takes one working day. Delivery to Non-Metros takes between two
and three working days.

I
was not there to take delivery of my package. What do I do?
Contact us if you were not available to take delivery. Tell us the time you
would like the package delivered. We will co-ordinate your delivery to that
time.
Our logistics
partners will make three attempts to deliver the Order to you. If on all
three attempts there is no one available to take delivery, the package
will be returned to us. If
your Order is returned to us undelivered, we will not be able to
re-ship it. We will refund the full amount of your Order less the shipping
charges.
