received a defective product. How do I get a replacement?
If
you have received a defective product please contact us by filling in this form,
stating your Order Number and the nature of defect. We will get back to you
with information on how you can return it to us. Once we receive the
defective product, we will replace it immediately. Please note that you are
required to inform us within three days of receiving the defective product.
I
received a product I did not order. How do I get my correct
order?
If
you placed an order for a particular product, but have received another one
altogether, please contact us by filling in this form stating your
Order Number and the details of the product you received. We will get back
to you with information on how you can return it to us. Once we receive the
product, we will replace it immediately, with your correct order. Please
note that we will not be able be accept products that have been opened.
Refunds
In
case we are not able to process your Order, your money (including shipping
costs) will be refunded to you within seven working days.
If
you had made the payment for your order by credit card, or through net
banking, the charge will be reversed from your accounts. We will notify
you by email as soon as your refund has been processed.
If you had paid by
Cheque or Demand Draft, a Demand Draft drawn in your name for the full value
will be couriered to you.
