do I place an Order?
Placing
an order on Music Yogi is very simple. Simple and quick processing is what
we kept in mind while designing the website. Here is how you place an order:

Find
Stuff
You
can find
stuff either by searching or browsing:
Search: A search bar is
provided at the top of every page. Type in what you are looking for in the search
bar and press the Go button. Our search program will
bring up related items. If it does not bring up any items that you are
looking for, try using a different keyword or check the spelling of the
keyword you used. You can Search by the name of the title or even by the
artist name.
Browse: To browse, begin by
choosing a store from the menu on top (Music Store, Movie Store,
Independents and Extras). Inside each store, products are classified by genre, which
are listed vertically in the genre menu on
the left. Click into any genre that interests you. Products related to that
genre will be displayed. Use the Sort By
drop down list or Format
Option links (CD,
DVD, VCD, etc.) to further refine the list of items
displayed.
Once
you find an product that interests you, click on its image or name to take you to the
Product Details page. Here, you will find more information on the product
such as artists, track listing, etc.
Add
to Shopping Cart
If
you want to buy the item, click on the Add to Cart button in the
product detail page. You will be taken to the Shopping Cart page. If
that's all you want to buy, then click on Proceed to Check Out,
else click on Continue Shopping. If you choose to continue shopping,
you can get back to the Shopping Cart anytime by clicking on the Shopping
Cart icon found on top of every page. The number of items in your cart will
always be displayed beside the shopping cart icon.
Fill
in your Address Details
On clicking
the Proceed to Check Out button in the Shopping Cart, you will be
taken to the Sign In section. If you have already registered with us, enter
your username and password. If you are a new customer, click the button Proceed
Here for New Customers. You will be taken to the Address Details
Page. At the Address Details page enter your Billing and Shipping
Address. If you are a new customer, you will also be asked to register here.
After you register we will record your address
details. This will help you check out faster the next time you shop at Music
Yogi. Ensure that the email id you enter here is accurate because
we will be using this id to keep you updated and informed about you the
status of your Order.
Select
a Payment Method
Next, you need to choose a mode of
payment. You can pay by Credit Card, via Net
Banking, Cheque, Demand Draft.

Choose
your Payment option and click the Check Out button..
Complete
your Order
On
clicking the Check Out button, your entire order details will
be displayed. You can make
a final check here before you complete your order. If you need to make any changes click on
Edit button. When you are satisfied, click on Complete
My Order button to submit your Order. If
you had chosen Credit Card or Net Banking as your payment option you will be
taken to our partner’s (CCAvenue) secure payment gateway.
I
placed an order. Where is my stuff?
You can track
your Orders from the My Account section. Click
on the My Account link found on the top right corner of every page. (You
will need to be signed in to access your account.) Here you will find the My
Orders link.
Clicking on
the My Orders link brings up a summarized list of all your Orders. To
see the complete details of each order click the View link beside
each.
This list will also display
the Shipping Status of your order. When your order is dispatched, the status
will reflect “Shipped”. In case the status of your order is
“Shipped”, but you haven’t received it as yet, it is in transit. It
takes between one to three days for delivery from the date of shipping,
depending on the city you live in.
Orders
that reflect “Not Shipped” are in the fulfillment process. Our aim is to
process all orders received before 6:00 p.m. IST on the same day. Orders
received after that, are processed the next day.
If
your order has been unduly delayed, please contact
us.
Can
I cancel my Order?
Sorry!
It's not possible to cancel an order. This is because, we process almost all
our orders immediately. All orders received before 6:00 p.m. IST are
processed and dispatched the same day. Orders received subsequent to that
are dispatched the next day.
