How do I Track my Orders?

You can track your Orders from the My Account section. Click on the My Account link found on the top right corner of every page. (You will need to be signed in to access your account.) Here you will find the My Orders link. Clicking on the My Orders link brings up a summarized list of all your Orders. To see the complete details of each order click the View link beside each.

This list will also display the Shipping Status of your order. When your order is dispatched, the status will reflect “Shipped”. In case the status of your order is “Shipped”, but you haven’t received it as yet, it is in transit.

Orders that reflect “Not Shipped” are in the fulfillment process. Our aim is to process all orders received before 6:00 p.m. IST on the same day. Orders received after that, are processed the next day. 

If your order has been unduly delayed, please contact us.

How do I change my email id?

You can change the email id you had given to us while registering from the My Account section. Click on the My Account link found on the top right corner of every page. (You will need to be signed in to access your account.) Here you will find the Change My Email Id link. Click on it, enter your new email id and click the Update button. All communications will be sent only to the updated address thereafter. 

How do I change my password?

You can change your Music Yogi login password from the My Account section. Click on the My Account link found on the top right corner of every page. (You will need to be signed in to access your account.) Here you will find the Change My Password link. Click on it, enter your old password, along with the new password. Once you’re finished click Update. You will be taken back to the Sign In page, where you can sign in again with your new password. 

I forgot my Username and Password. What do I do?

If you have forgotten your username or password or both, that's ok. At the Sign In page there is the Forgot Username or Password? link. Click on it. A pop-up window will open up. Enter the Email Id you gave while registering with us. We will mail your Username and Password to that Id. Please note, that the Email Id has to be the same one you entered while registering.
